Food Service Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Providing fantastic guest service in a fast-paced restaurant environment for the service of breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner as well as drinks in the bar area and a range of teas and coffees.
  • Managing the service of food and drink, while delivering a first-rate guest experience.
  • Maintain a flexible approach to work which will include work on evenings and weekends as part of a shift pattern.
  • Working as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service at all times.
  • Being flexible to work in different areas and adhere to health and safety requirements at all times. Job Requirements : The role requires an individual who has good organisational skills, can prioritize and is able to deliver customer service to a high standard.

You must enjoy interaction with customers and love working with good food/drinks, whilst remaining calm under pressure.

Desirable experience skills and qualifications :
