Catering Assistant-Twickenham and Wembley Stadium, work at exciting events! About the Job: Freemans Event Partners are looking for hard-working, passionate, and energetic individuals to join us at Wembley (Wembley Stadium) as part of our catering team. We also have work openings at many other exciting events/festivals over the summer period. If you are an honest, trustworthy, hardworking individual who has great attention to detail, is methodical in your approach and takes pride in your work then please get in touch. Due to the nature of the work you would ideally have experience working in hospitality. However, this is not essential as training will be provided. The Role: We are offering casual hours as part of our Flexi-based work schedule - meaning shifts are offered to you on our online scheduling app and you can apply for the shifts you are available to work. You will assist the catering team on event days ensuring the delivery of premium service is given to all our customers in an efficient, professional and courteous manner. Responsibilities include: providing efficient, accurate and friendly customer service; taking time to learn about your units menu and the event your are working at, so that you can advise customers from everything to the suitability of food choices, to allergies, to the location of toilets and water stations; carry out aspects of food preparation to ensure the efficiency of service; cook designated menu items to the required standard ensuring a regular supply of fresh, tasty and well presented food; be fully conversant with all Food Hygiene and Health and Safety requirements; support your catering team leader/ unit manager by being flexible and willing to undertake additional duties or responsibilities as required. You may also be required to assist with the setting up of catering units both pre/post-event. Catering staff starts on £12.50/Hour+Holiday pay. Due to the nature of the work it is essential that you have previous hospitality/catering experience. All candidates MUST be 17+ years of age. If you are Gloucestershire based, we offer free transport from our Quedgeley Headquarters or Kingsholm Stadium in Gloucester if you are willing to work in London or at our other exciting venues - We will also provide accommodation if we transport you up and require you to stay overnight.
