Responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging drama lessons that align with the school's curriculum Inspire and motivate students to explore their creativity and develop confidence in their performance abilities Create and direct school productions, involving students in all aspects of the production process Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration Assess and provide constructive feedback on students' performances and progress Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver cross-curricular projects and events Stay up-to-date with current drama practices and methodologies through professional development opportunities Requirements Relevant degree in Drama, Performing Arts, or a related field Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience teaching drama to students at the primary or secondary level Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Creative and innovative approach to teaching Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to obtain Company Information   Wayman Education is a specialist recruitment agency with over 20 years experience within the education field.
