Location: Mobile NI - North West Region - Enniskillen and Omagh Area Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent Job Start Date: 1st January 2025 Benefits: Up to 33 days paid annual leave Company Pension Free Life Assurance Training and Development Discounted Private Health Care Scheme Discounted Gym Membership Opportunity to work overtime Job Description: As a Multi-Disciplined Fire and Security Engineer, you will be a key member of the GRAHAM Fire & Security Mobile Engineering Team.
Your responsibilities will include: Performing pre-planned and reactive maintenance on various Fire and Security Systems.
Completing installation works for Fire, Intruder Alarm, CCTV, and Access Control systems.
Providing exceptional maintenance services to high-profile clients, including Northern Ireland Water, as part of our new contract for Facilities Management and Minor Project Works.
Supporting the development of NI Water's future facilities management strategy.
Participating in the company's on-call rota.
#GRAHAMFMNIJobs About You Essential: City and Guilds or equivalent (NVQ Level 3) in installation of electrical/electronic equipment.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in a Fire and Security role within the last 5 years.
Sound knowledge of installation practices in both Fire and Security disciplines.
Working knowledge of relevant Fire standards (BS, BS6266:2011, BS7273) and Security standards (BS4737, PD6662, DD243).
Full UK Driver's License.
Desirable: Familiarity with fire panels such as C-Tec, GENT, Advanced, Notifier, Kentec, Fike.
Knowledge of Intruder Alarms, Access Control, CCTV, and Intercom systems using equipment like Galaxy, Paxton, CEM, InnerRange, Panasonic, Samsung, Videcon, Commend, Comelit, Videx.
Qualification in FIA Unit 1, 4 & 5.
