Your new company We are currently working on behalf of a leading NI business based in Antrim to recruit a Billing Team Leader on a fixed term contract basis for an initial period of 12 months. Your new role Working within the existing team you will be responsible for a range of duties:

  • Assist the billing manager to ensure timely and robust tariff and month end contract billing to support company cash flows
  • Assist with revenue management across the business and work with internal departments to ensure processes are in place to minimise revenue leakage
  • Assist with the management of aged / bad debt, keeping abreast of changes in legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Involvement in recruitment, and training new and existing members of staff, ensuring the delivery of best in class customer service to customers and stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this role you should possess minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English & Maths and previous experience in a billing role or finance role. You should be able to demonstrate a minimum of 2 years' experienceof managing a busy, multi-functional team with previous experience in a Billing Role and knowledge of Billing Systems. What you'll get in return This role offers an immediate start on a long-term contract basis for an initial period of 12 months. The annual salary for theposition will be £30,000 per annum with an annual bonus scheme, enhanced pension plan and life assurance.
