Finance Business Partner

Torbay Pharma are currently looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our growing team based in Paignton. The main purpose of the role is to provide resource and support following a period of significant growth in Contract Manufacturing.

You will liaise with stakeholders from all areas of the business, ensure quotes are developed and delivered to meet customer expectations and that costs are tracked to ensure margins are achieved. This is a critical role within the team providing transparency and accuracy within the costing systems.

This is a full time and permanent role, which can be either onsite or hybrid working a minimum of 3 days per week.

What are we looking for:

• Qualified accountant in either ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
• Experience of working with an ERP/MRP software system
• In depth specialist knowledge of costing methods
• Experience of working in a commercial environment
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to manipulate and assess information rapidly, identifying key points and drawing conclusions
• Ability to clearly communicate complex data analysis results to a broad spectrum of groups/individuals from Executive level to “shop floor”
• Good communication, interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Able to work independently
• Attention to detail, whilst able to embrace imperfection
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities in workload
