Main responsibilities: Invoices processing as per DOA Review of employee expenses, processing & reimbursements Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payable management Bank transactions – payments (Domestic & multi-currency/international payments) Monthly expenses accruals and expenses analysis and reporting Preparing monthly expenses journal & Petty cash management Preparation of quarterly VAT returns & Intrastat reports Liaising with HMRC / Internal/External Auditors Regular interaction with customers to have continuous focus on receivables.
Liaising with internal colleagues across different functions within the organisation Prioritising and management of a multifaceted work stream Requirements: Good knowledge and experience of accounting, bookkeeping with exposure to UK FRS, IFRS Degree level education or equivalent in a Finance related discipline Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Excel, other MS Office applications and experience in SAP is desirable Strong communication/interpersonal skills are essential as the role will require interaction with overseas colleagues and partners (customers & Vendors) What we offer: We offer a competitive salary and other benefits include Group Pension Scheme, Variable Pay Scheme, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
