Finance Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to join our growing team at Milford Del.

Responsibilities :

  • Processing purchase invoices, checking statements and resolving queries.
  • Petty cash
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Assisting with payroll
  • Dealing with supplier and customer queries and correspondence
  • Processing sales invoices
  • Reconciliation of company credit cards
  • Tracking company vehicles to ensure MOT’s, Insurance and licences are up to date.
  • Purchasing of supplies

Your Skills :

  • Be confident to working independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft, in particular Excel.
  • Have previous experience in working in an account team.
  • Experience with accounting software

Full Time 40 hours per week
