Responsibilities

  • Billing/credit control
  • Forecast preparation
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Supplier payments/payments/direct debits
  • Cashflow preparation and maintenance
  • Management accounts prep - prepayments/accruals
  • Expenses
  • Adhoc reporting/filing/record maintenance
  • Internal controls

What we are looking for

  • Good IT literacy, especially excel
  • Previous experience in financial package - Sage 50 is desirable
  • Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail
  • Be able to prioritise workload
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience of managing creditors/debtors ledgers

This role is hybrid but would require working from the office 1 day a week post induction/training.

Job Type : Part-time Part-time hours: 21.5 per week

Salary : £14,333.00 per year
