Job Title :Customer Service Adviser

Job Overview

YourPlumber provides plumbing, heating and air-conditioning services to homes and businesses across Dorset.

Main duties

The position is to join our office-based team in providing service to our customers and supporting the field based technical team.

The role will include:

  • Scheduling engineer visits to customer properties
  • Making outbound customer satisfaction follow up calls after we have carried out plumbing and heating services
  • Invoicing work to customers
  • Liaising with suppliers to order parts as required

Required skills

  • Confidence to talk to customers, with excellent communication skills
  • Good time management and organisational skills and an ability to prioritise workload
  • IT skills (MS Office not essential)
