Up to £25,000 Base Salary + great commission and progression

Our customer is a Cardiff-based finance broker. They take pride in their devotion to consumers, ability to assist clients, and unrivalled industry expertise.

They are searching for CeMAP Qualified Advisors, thus if you have completed CeMAP, you will have the possibility to work as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker.

For its introducers, our client is glad to provide 1st Charge Mortgages, 2nd Charge Mortgages, Equity Release, Secured Loans, Commercial Loans, and Bridging Finance. We place a premium on our relationships with lenders, and as a result, we are able to arrangetransactions that fall outside of many of their advertised parameters.

The Sales Advisor will take on responsibilities such as :

  • Establishing client requirements via effective questioning
  • As part of a comprehensive advising and recommendation service offered over the phone, promote lenders' mortgage products and services to consumers who are eligible.
  • Give your customers and coworkers a professional impression.
  • Anticipate consumer difficulties and fix them before they become a problem.
  • Ensure that your knowledge and use of Target (CRM Database) provided by the company is accurate and appropriate; maintain and develop this knowledge

The Sales Advisor will possess qualities such as :

  • Educated to degree level or CeMAP level 3
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
  • The ability to respect confidential information
  • A friendly, approachable attitude and an excellent judge of character
  • A natural problem-solver with strong analytical skills
