The practice prides itself on having first class expertise and second to none client care. We are now seeking to recruit a Family Solicitor at our office in Essex-Ilford.
The Role
An enthusiastic Family Solicitor is required to join our East London Office. The position is offered on a full-time permanent basis. The candidate must be a qualified Solicitor NQ-2 years PQE and has experience in dealing with Family Legal Aid matters.
The successful candidate will be mainly handling domestic abuse cases with an opportunity to also handle other areas of work involving divorce and separation, financial remedy, co-habitation, children matters and pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
The successful candidate will be required to have experience in all areas of family law work, including public and private law children matters and financial proceedings it would be advantageous to be able to attract their own following.
We have a Legal Aid Agency contract for Family and have a large private client base.
There will be a competitive salary package and excellent career development opportunities for the successful solicitor.
The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor
You will have NQ-2 years’ PQE or equivalent
You will have experience in family law
You will have comprehensive knowledge of Legal Aid work
You will have experience of supervising paralegals if you are a qualified Solicitor.
You will have excellent client care skills.
