Job Title : Customer Care Coordinator (Hull)

Salary : £10.00ph

Hours: 22.5 hours per week | 4.5 hours per day, starting at 9/9:30AM, Monday to Friday.

Location : Hull.

Your Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

  • Scheduling appointments with customers
  • Effective promotion and selling of add-on products where applicable
  • Diary management
  • Manage in-store CRM? System to the highest standard
  • Processing customer payments
  • Support towards compliance with all administrative duties
  • Ensure the right quantity and range of stock is kept at all times
  • Carry out all store administrative and logistics tasks as required and to a high standard
  • Customer care

Professional skills, Experience and Attributes Required :

  • Computer literate including basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A pro-active mindset, with a willingness to be flexible, agile & react positively to change
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with others
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with mínimal supervision and take ownership to solve problems
  • Strong organisational skills, and the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both on the telephone and face
  • to-face
