What it's like to work here Formby is a highly designated and much-loved coastal site, which welcomes around 1.16 million visitors annually. It’s not without its challenges and we are always looking at the best ways to manage this site for nature and people too. Everyday is differentat Formby so all of our team are enthusiastic, flexible and able to think on their feet.

You'll be part of the Operations Team, working closely with the Operations Manager (the Line Manager for this role), Marketing Officer and Programming & Partnerships Officer. You'll also work alongside the wider property team consisting of our Welcome, Ranger,Facilities and Food and Beverage Teams.

What you'll be doing You’ll be based in our countryside office supporting the team through answering visitor queries over the phone, via our social media and in person.

Working closely with the Marketing Officer and Programming & Partnerships Officer you’ll also help to collate content for sharing with internal and external stakeholders and support with group and school bookings. Additionally you’ll support the FacilitiesManager by ensuring compliance tasks are completed across the property as well a range of other varied tasks helping the operation run as smoothly as possible.

In this role, you’ll work 3 weekends in 4 and regular bank holidays.
