Our client, based in the West Midlands, is currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Facilities Officer on a permanent contract.

The position is due to start on notice on a full-time basis. The salary is circa. £25,000 plus further benefits.
The ideal candidate will have experience with property repairs and be willing to have a basic DBS taken out.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Working on a busy helpdesk dealing with approximately 200 repairs requests per week
Ensuring requests are sent to correct teams and more urgent repairs are escalated appropriately
Providing accurate and value for money quotes of works
Always ensuring customer service is at the forefront of communication
Experience required:
Property repairs and maintenance
Helpdesk support
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Strong written and communication skills
Understanding of health & safety and statutory environmental requirements
Knowledge of management of asbestos, fire safety and legionella
