  • A health care scheme that includes dental, eye care, treatments and health consultations Hours of work : Monday to Friday Core working hours - 40 hours per week Dynamite recruitment is working in partnership with a very well-established organisation who have multiple sites across the UK Due to considerable growth our client is now looking to expand several areas of the business and are currently looking to recruit a Facilities and Maintenance Operative with immediate effect Based in our Warrington office, with frequent travel to other sites, you will carry our service and maintenance activities, to provide a safe environment for staff and customers. As a Facilities and Maintenance Operative you will be responsible for the following:

  • assist with the running of multiple sites

  • Supporting multiple sites with facilities and maintenance support

  • Respond to enquiries and requests raised on the facilities ticketing system.

  • Maintain effective business relationships with internal stakeholder, contractors and suppliers.

  • Carry out minor building fabric work;

  • Ensure all audits and compliance checks are completed within timescales and paperwork is recorded accurately.

  • Complete general administration to support with the above The ideal facilities and Maintenance operative will have / be

  • The role involves travel to various of; therefore, offices you will have a full, clean driving licence and be willing to travel.

  • You will have excellent attention to detail

  • Great communication skills

  • Be proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • You will be a solution focused individual with a 'can-do' attitude and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
