How you’ll make a difference

• We expect that our Supervisor will assist in maximizing sales, achieving store sales goals and monitor sales progress/results against key targets;
• Increasing KPI’s and drive/promote merchandise categories;
• Support in foster a customer centric approach and develop a selling behavior within the store by building a loyal customer base, understanding customer needs and engaging customers in conversation
• Provide supervision and feedback to store’s associate through the in store experience;
• Making sure the store looks in line with the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines;
• Perform all opening / closing management responsibilities.

Your profile

• One year proven experience as Retail Supervisor;
• Great ability and interest in interacting with customers. Resilient and self-driven approach as well as able to put in place a centric customer approach;
• Ability to foster passion and Company vision to make every shopping experience outstanding;
• Availability to work during weekends;
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Any other language is a plus;
