About the Role

Base Location : Flexible, however our preference is that you will be based in one of our key UK or Ireland sites, which includes but is not limited to:

  • Glasgow, Perth, Aberdeen, Inverness, Reading, Havant, Belfast or Dublin.

Salary : £42,691 - £49,626 + car / allowance + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern : Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available

The key duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Review SSE Renewables SMS documentation to ensure alignment to SSE SMS documentation, and that any changes/updates to SSE SMS documentation are consulted upon throughout the business and implemented.
  • Create and deliver routine, high-quality reporting to inform business of SHE Management System and SHE Assurance Performance, helping to influence continual improvement.
  • Be active in delivering SHE Assurance by participating in a robust internal audit programme.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

  • Extensive operations and maintenance management experience preferably in utility related industry.
  • Experienced in developing, delivering and maintaining Management Systems within a large, complex business.
  • Experienced in SHE Audits and Investigation techniques including preparation of the associated reports.
  • Experienced in incident management, investigation, reporting and use of the SEARs system.
  • Experienced in the development and delivery of SHE Management System training.
