Assessment and intervention is completed in clinic settings as well as in primary care and community venues. We provide timely assessments and treatment to facilitate and improve patients’ quality of life and maximise self-management and you will have responsibility for a designated caseload of patients.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a high level of exercise expertise, as well as excellent communication skills.
We provide a structured supervision program, including clinical support and regular in-service training. In return, we expect applicants to show a commitment to Continued Professional Development and evidence based practice.
