The team develops products to support a growing the Aerospace business through both Custom Product Opportunities (CPO) and New Product Introductions (NPI).The team designs innovative pressure sensors supporting projects from cradle to grave, working closely with all other functions, such as sourcing, advanced manufacturing and quality, as well as with our production facilities.As the Electronic Engineer, you will be responsible for:Electronic integration of pressure sensing components to be used in a wide range of Aerospace applicationsDesign Change initiation and implementation in accordance with our business proceduresManufacturing technical support and provide solutions for production related problemsHigh standard of documentation for evidence of conformity and technical explanationReviewing design specifications and requirements captureSupporting external customers, internal sales and marketing functionsContinually develop and advance internal operating proceduresAnalysis of complex data to satisfy project targets and customer needsGeneration of Documentation to support Design goalsVerification & Validation of Customer requirements, to include Analysis, Test and Similarity to satisfy needsFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will be:Degree or equivalent qualification in Electronic EngineeringExperience with schematic design, capture and circuit simulation toolsExperience of design and test for EMCFamiliarity with IPC standards for PCB design and fabricationKnowledge of industry standards such as DO-160, Mil Std 810, AS9100 & AS9145Knowledge or working experience of MRP systems such as SAPProven ability in low power analogue and mixed signal circuit analysisBe comfortable working in an environment with high expectations for quality, on-time delivery and deadlinesDemonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers and team membersHave excellent attention to detailWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
