We are seeking to appoint a EPR Change and Quality Improvement Lead to help implement and embed a programme of change and quality improvement, during the life of the EPR programme. The postholder will lead a team who will work directly with services across the Trust to use the introduction of our new EPR as an opportunity to make care safer, more joined-up for patients and improve working lives.

The role will also work alongside the EPR Learning Lead to support the development of the learning approach as part of an integrated transformation team.

We are seeking someone with good interpersonal skills who has experience of coordinating programmes of work whilst keeping stakeholders on board. To be successful you will also need to have experience of managing change and quality improvement schemes.

As part of the Trust's commitment to flexible working there will be some opportunity to work from home and in the office on a rota basis. This will be reviewed regularly in line with service requirements.

We want to attract staff who embrace our values of compassion, a commitment to quality of care and working together for patients: we want to make these part of our DNA.
