Regional HR PartnerSutton – HybridSalary – £49,083 – £54,129 per annumFull Time, PermanentOur client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional HR Partner to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in providing HR support and guidance to their schools, staff and stakeholders. This role requires a proactive individual who can partner with the wider HR team to drive HR initiatives that support business goals and foster a positive workplace culture.Our client is a highly successful multi-academy trust that provides excellent quality, comprehensive, non-selective and inclusive education through primary schools and secondary schools. Their schools are based in London, Surrey, Berkshire, Gloucestershire and South Gloucestershire, Bristol and Plymouth.They also have three shared service hubs with remote / hybrid working opportunities where appropriate. They are building a family of like-minded schools, that collaborate to provide mutual support, share their good practice and learn from each other, whilst retaining and developing their own distinctive character. As a Trust of schools, they are ‘Always Learning’.Main responsibilities:The Regional HR Partner will support the Director of People and Head of HR to provide a professional, consistent and effective HR service to all their Schools, staff and stakeholders and to the Trust Shared Service.
