HR Administrator SW15 - Putney/Roehampton As a long established, global, prestigious, sporting organisation the role of HR Administrator/Office Manager is an integral part of the company. As the HR Administrator/Office manager you will be responsible for: - Managing recruitment and selection plus new starter onboarding - Maintaining HR database - Administering employee benefits - Executing monthly payroll procedures - Managing employee holiday and absence system - Being the key point of contact for day to day employee queries - Being the main point of contact for all maintenance and office suppliers - Maintaining office policies, managing health and safety procedures as well as fire safety and first aid - Managing and overseeing the facilities budget - Ensuring office supplies and resources are monitored and restocked as required - Be an experienced HR Administrator and Office Manager - Have supplier management experience - Have a positive attitude and be the 'go-to’ person - Have good previous experience in HR and office management In return the HR Administrator/Office Manager will receive an excellent salary.
