Property Finance Assistant

One Property Recruitment is working with an outstanding leasehold managing agent based near Croydon, who will offer this as well as a transparent path of progression through their experienced service charge team from day one. They are looking for someone self-motivated who ideally has some accounting experience across accounts receivables/payables and basic bookkeeping knowledge.

• Supporting the service charge team in preparing budgets and responding to queries from Property Managers in respect of this
• Performing bank reconciliations
• Dealing with accounts receivables/payables
• Assisting in circulating information to stakeholders and responding to requests as needed
• Supporting the Service Charge team with any admin duties
• Preparing relevant financial reports
• General bookkeeping duties

I am looking for the following experience/attributes:

• Accounting & Finance degree educated ideally
• Bookkeeping experience
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
• Strong attention to detail; methodical in approach
• Desire to progress within the property management sector
