We aim to improve our client’s quality of life, for as long as we can, by providing high quality care within their own homes until such times as they need more enhanced care.

Your new role

  • You will look after clients across East and South Ayrshire including: Ayr, Troon, Prestwick, Kilmarnock
  • You will assist our clients in all aspects of their daily life, such as personal care, domestic tasks, supporting with medication and companionship.
  • You will record, and reporting daily visit information through your mobile phone via an app.
  • You will spend a minimum of 1 hour or longer with every client, giving you plenty of time to support them and enjoy a wee cuppa!

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Need to hold a valid driving licence and have a car you can use
  • Be 18 years old, or older.
  • Possess a good level of English.
  • You do not need any experience! We’ve found transferable skills come from all works of life, whether you come from a retail, hospitality or driving background, we want to hear from you!
  • Be kind-hearted, friendly, and caring with a passion for making a difference to the young adults and elderly throughout your community.
  • Have a genuine desire to make a real difference to the lives of those you touch.

What you’ll get in return

  • £11 pounds per hour
  • Double time for bank holidays
  • Guaranteed 16, 20 & 30 hour contracts (dependent on availability)
  • Minimum of 1-hour visits (up to 6 hours for companionship visits)
  • Mileage allowance - from 35-45p per mile.

Your new hours of work : Full-time - working 30-35 hours over 5 days (day off included in line with scheduling requirements)

Sunday to Thursday

  • Option 2:

Tuesday to Saturday

Part-time - 7am to 2.30pm or 4:00pm to 22:00pm

  • Option 1:

Sunday to Wednesday

  • Option 2:

Wednesday to Saturday
