What does it mean to work for us?

Traditional Contact Centre? - Definitely not! - We trust you to look after your customer. In your team you are part of a wider family. You take the calls yourself when you're ready, we rely on you to put the customer first, you will knowhow long they have been waiting and we trust you to want to get the customers speaking to you as quick as you can. In an average day you will speak to around 30 customers, and we rely on our customer to be our quality measure, if you speak to enough people(30 a day) and they think you have nailed it, then that's all we need to know!

Listen to our people - Every month as a team you will have dedicated time to talk about you, any concerns and make suggestions to map our business. (this is in addition to your regular coaching and 1 to 1 sessions with your Team Leader)

Being flexible - We get that life happens, we want you to get your full pay every 2 weeks, if occasionally you need to pick up children or drop them off, we can be flexible with your shift (Once you are confident and able to do your roleyou can make up your hours before between 8am and 8:45am or from 5:15pm to 6pm)

Specialist Roles - We want to develop our people, we are always on the lookout for people that go the extra mile, if that's you we may well look at training you up to be a specialist where you get to have time away from the phones to helpyour colleagues.

Helping everyone - Every day will be different. Customer service is vigorous and can be tough so often you'll have to deal with challenging situations but also empathise with customers who are facing complex problems. That's where you'llcome in - you'll be bringing about awesome solutions for them. You'll need to be able to think fast on your feet, use your initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment to help solve the new problems that arise every day - but don't worry we'll all tacklethe challenges together.
