They assist in the development and formulation of policies, procedures and practices tosupport the operational needs of the hotel. Oversees the administrative activities of payroll, benefits, legal compliance andemployment lawDevelopment of Learning and Training budgetImplements guidelines, policies, and procedures in compliance with corporate directionDevelop a recruitment/selection strategy and mobility processEncourages the development of employees to achieve their highest potentialCreates and implements an integration and training strategy that brings efficiency toemployee performanceSupports operations and assists in achieving team member and guest satisfaction goalsCoaches management on handling and resolving performance issues in the hotelIs an integral part of the business team, attends all scheduled meetings and contributesactively with proper preparationInterviews, selects, trains, appraises, coaches, counsels and disciplines departmentalemployees/managers according to company standardsEffectively communicates with team membersAnticipates and addresses employee relations matters, responds timely to employeeinquiries and is proactive in promoting team member satisfactionEnsures compliance with local health and safety regulationsQualificationsYour experience and skills include:Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interestsAbility to handle complex and confidential information with discretionAdditional InformationOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
