Employment Solicitor (NQ - 5)


My client, a regional heavyweight firm are seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their thriving team. As an Employment Solicitor at this well regarded practice, you will play a key role in delivering top-tier legal services to their diverse client base.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload covering employment law aspects (disciplinary procedures, grievance matters, employment contracts, discrimination claims, and dismissals).
  • Stay informed about employment law changes and advise clients on compliance.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation and mediation skills for resolving employment disputes.
