Job Role: Health VisitorBand: 6 SPECIFICATION:Manage a caseload of families/designated schools as the named health professional.Plan and deliver the Child Health Promotion Programme.Identify needs within a family, school, or community.Use public health approaches centered on children, young people, and families.Promote good health and prevent ill health in the community and school.Implement and evaluate individualised care programmes.Support service development, standard setting, clinical audit, and benchmarking.Deliver needs-led, evidence-based care aligned with local and national priorities and policies.QUALIFICATIONS & JOB REQUIREMENTS:6 months of Healthcare experience as a Health VisitorRight to work in the UKReferences covering the last 3 years of clinical employmentNMC RegistrationOverseas Police Check, if anyIndemnity InsuranceUp-to-date CVKey skills: Compassion, Time management, Clinical SkillsWHY SHOULD YOU APPLY?
