Job title: Architect / Senior ArchitectLocation: Warrington, Cheshire, WA2 0YL​About the jobWeare recruiting for talented, ambitious and forward-thinking Architects/SeniorArchitects to join our Design team in our Northern regional office inWarrington.Webelieve that great design is the foundation of what we do – as one of ourArchitects/Senior Architects you will use your creative skills to produce highquality architecture to maximise development potential. Youwill be involved in scheme designs from feasibility study through to planningpermission and beyond, putting forward passionately created ideas to createbeautiful places for people to live.It’s the attention to detail that makes the difference, and as one of our Architects / Senior Architects you’ll have your work seen and admired by manyYou’ll be working in a busy and exciting commercial environment with a high degree of responsibility and autonomy, and you’ll have the satisfaction of a number of your designs being built each year. You’ll play a key part in the development process, working closely with our in-house land, planning, technical, surveying, construction and sales teams; you’ll also get to see customers enjoy the spaces you designed, as their new homes.​About you​Youwill be passionate about architectural design, and up to date in all aspects ofarchitectural planning and building/construction regulations and registeredwith ARB.You will have a good eye for great design and can see ways to overcome potential challenges.
