Bela Recruitment is hiring an Internal Sales Representative , in Omagh, Co.Tyrone, Northern Ireland .

Responsibilities :

• As an Internal Sales Development Rep, you’ll conduct outbound sales calls with new and existing customers.
• Create lead generation opportunities for yourself and Account Executives to secure sales.
• Update IT systems on all client interactions and opportunities for sales.
• Learn the range of products and services to showcase to clients, ensuring continuous learning to ensure quality meetings and sales with customers.
• Close sales with customers and act as a point of contact for customers.
• You will have lots of help, where needed, from the owner and senior management team to close deals with clients. This job offers the right person further career progression opportunities within the business.

Requirements :

• Ideally, degree educated, however, we are open to people with sales experience in a target-based environment and a desire to become great at sales.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, able to pick up the phone and have professional and insightful conversations with someone at any level in business.
• You are driven by uncapped bonus potential.
• Must be IT literate, with previous experience using Microsoft suite of programs.
• Team player, driven to be a winner and always keen to keep learning in your career.
• Must be willing to meet customers face-to-face on occasions, either on-site, on client premises or at trade events.

Rewards £20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience. Realistic opportunity to earn another £4000 in year 1 (this is uncapped).
