(Primary SEN) Teaching Assistant – Sale (M33) Do you have firsthand experience working one-on-one with students who have Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Teaching Personnel is currently in pursuit of a proficient Teaching Assistant to join a SEN primary school located in Sale. The school's senior leadership is actively seeking a dedicated TA to provide support to students with varying levels of requirements. A significant portion of these students have Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC), while some others experience Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD) and physical impairments. Classes are structured based on students' capabilities, and the incoming Teaching Assistant will be engaged across multiple classes, offering general assistance in accordance with the school's evolving needs. Occasional one-on-one support may be necessary, as all students at this school follow an Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP). The successful Teaching Assistant will commence their role as soon as possible. They will initially undergo a trial period compensated through Teaching Personnel.
