Do you have experience working in property development finance? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance Analyst to join our Development Finance team helping to deliver new homes for private sale and affordable housing. Key responsibilities include:Leading on providing timely and accurate management reporting information for your scheme portfolio, which includes joint ventures, s106 and land led projects.Acting as the principal finance representative at monthly scheme progress meetings and influence scheme outcomesAssessing the financial and commercial risks of investment proposals, applying sensitivity and scenario analysis, and identifying mitigating actions for risk management; andPro-actively supporting the regional Head of Development Finance & Analysis in reviewing commercial investment appraisals for proposed acquisitions, conducting financial due diligence, advising the Development team on deal structures, and drafting investment papers.What are we looking for? We’re looking for a dynamic and engaging qualified Accountant (or equivalent level of experience) with recent investment/project appraisal and financial modelling experience.This should ideally come from within the UK residential property market for mixed tenure schemes. You will have excellent communication skills and should be confident dealing with multiple stakeholders, presenting financial information and influencing decisions.To succeed in this role, you will need to build and maintain strong relationships between the Development and Finance directorates.Where will you work? This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in More London Place. We are relocating our Head Office at More London Place later this year to Camden. More information will be available closer to the time of relocation.
