THE ROLE: COOKIE DECORATOR

As an bakehouse team member you are responsible for helping assist the day to day running of the operation

Your personality will be the heart beat of what drives the bakehouse to achieve the expected standards. You will instil fun into the work place but still maintain the correct professionalism that is expected. You will develop and grow and learn how to drive customer service & sales

YOU WILL NATURALLY BE : Full of energy, engaging and have a passion for customer service, hospitality & food Friendly, bubbly and able to build a rapport with everyone you meet

Proactive with a ‘can do attitude’ A great communicator

Punctual, organised and able to multi task

Self motivated and highly driven to achieve exceptional results

Follow & implement correct brand standards

Be able to work to preparation time frames throughout the day

Have great attention to detail & personal standards
