The Social Media Executive plays an important role within our marketing team in building our brand, reaching future residents and staff, and contributing to our purpose. As a specialist in the field, the role is accountable for:

  • Planning, delivering and evaluating effective social media content.
  • Managing all our social media accounts.
  • Training local users to be social media champions for their village or home.

Key Results

  • Plan and create engaging and compelling social media content, including written posts, images, and videos (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok); includes attending events and sites to capture relevant content.
  • Plan, execute and manage paid social media campaigns to boost reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Act as the ‘voice’ of our media channels - manage day-to-day posts, responses to content, schedule content, monitoring.
  • Monitor social media performance using analytical tools and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Act as trusted advisor on social media, trends, metrics and best practice, to internal influencers and stakeholders.
  • Support Digital Marketing Specialist in delivery and outputs of the social media strategy.
  • Collaborate as part of the internal comms team and wider marketing team, with ideas for improvement and enhancements.

Salary Ranges: £27,827.80 - £30,976.40
