Bank Teaching Assistant

BANK Teaching Assistant Your new company You will be working for HAYS as Teaching Assistant bank staff where you will be placed in various Primary Schools or in one Primary School on a long-term assignment to support with day cover which includes sickness cover, annual leave etc. You will be workingwith children aged between 4 and 11 years. You will be able to work in your desired location in Gloucestershire and work around your own commitments. We are currently inundated with work at the moment so you will be able to work as little or as much as youdesire. Your new role As a Teaching Assistant bank staff you will be expected to support the school settings where you are working; supporting the other staff in the classroom and expected to follow direction from the teacher at all times. This a great opportunity to gain confidenceand learn new skills. What you'll need to succeed We are looking for ideally level 2 or level 3 qualified Teaching Assistants, however we are open to unqualified teaching assistants having recent relevant experience that can be referenced. You will need to be reliable, adaptable and enthusiastic; the schoolsthat you are placed in will expect you to be hands-on and willing to help in the setting.
