This is a wonderful opportunity to make a significant impact in a vibrant educational environment.   About the Role: As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you will play a crucial role in supporting students both in and out of the classroom. The successful Learning Support Assistant (LSA) will work closely with teachers to provide tailored support to students with varying needs, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their educational goals. Key Responsibilities - Provide one-to-one and small group support to students, ensuring they can access the curriculum effectively. - Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support strategies tailored to each student’s needs. - Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver differentiated lessons and activities. - Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and other professionals as required. - Support students with their social and emotional development, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment. - Help prepare classroom materials and resources, ensuring a stimulating learning environment. - Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
