Role We have opportunity for a Carpenter to join our resonsive maintenance team in Kingston. Within this role, you will carry out all aspects of carpentry, fire door maintenance and fire protection for our clients to a high standard. Key Responsibilities

  • To receive instructions from the supervisor and carry out repairs to occupied and unoccupied dwellings (Main trade and associated works.
  • Aim to achieve a first time fix on as many occasions as possible to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Complete work sheets after each job.
  • You are required to provide a full, well-maintained tool kit at all times.

Requirements :

  • Experience in carpentry, repairs and maintenance
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations
  • Hold relevant training such as Working from Heights, Manual Handling, Asbestos Awareness.
  • NVQ qualification (desirable)

Other Key Information

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Working hours 8am to 5pm Monday-Friday
  • Participate in out of hours (OHH) rota
  • Company will carry out a DBS check
  • Own an Android or IOS mobile phone which you will use as part of your job (BYOD)
