Internal Sales AdviserKingswinfordMonday-Friday, 8.30 am - 5 pm (1 hour lunch break)£24, - £29, (DOE) PA + Uncapped CommissionPermanent - Office BasedWe are looking for a tenacious, driven, and confident individual with previous B2B sales experience to join our clients expanding team.Key responsibilities:Utilise your exceptional cold calling skills and internet research to generate leads via various channels.Demonstrate your ability to sell into existing and new accounts, efficiently cross-selling and upselling.Work independently, using your excellent time management skills to meet and exceed sales targets.Collaborate and communicate effectively with your area sales team and area representatives, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.Apply your organisational skills and multitasking abilities to handle a wide range of tasks efficiently.Utilise your general IT skills and office skills to maintain accurate records and utilise relevant software effectively.Show attention to detail in all aspects of your work, ensuring accurate order processing and customer information.Showcase your strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in providing exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships.Requirements:A track record of success in sales or looking to step into a career in sales, previous experience selling into existing and new accounts would be beneficial.Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your time efficiently.Good general IT skillsExcellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Outstanding communication skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.A positive and enthusiastic attitude that will contribute to the vibrant atmosphere of this team.Join our client's organisation and seize this exciting opportunity to develop your sales career in a dynamic industry.
