Talent Acquisition Assistant Location - Tunbridge Wells/WFH Adaptive Business Group (ABG) ABG is looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant to work closely with the HR Assistant and reporting to the HR Director. You will support the HR assistant in finding consultants and professionals who will make Adaptive continue to grow and succeed.

You will use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and our database to conduct day to day tasks.

You will be located in a commutable area to our HQ offices in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, England although remote working can be considered depending on experience, circumstances, and business needs.

Your Role :

Your day-to-day tasks include :

  • Screen incoming resumes from LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, etc.
  • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
  • Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement

Requirements of the role :

  • You are obsessive about delivering an exceptional experience to create an everlasting impression
  • Minimum 6 months of experience working in a Project or Recruitment function is desirable
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication & organization skills.
  • You get energized by building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
