Croydon Health Services is looking for qualified and experienced Health Visitors eager to develop their leadership skills and shape the future of Public Health Nursing. We offer 7 specialist areas aligned with the 6 High Impact Areas of the Healthy Child Programme. This unique model within London provides an exceptional opportunity to work at Band 7 level in Health Visiting while managing a caseload. You will lead initiatives across the borough, such as: Team leadership and governance Complex needs, SEND Safeguarding children Addressing inequalities, including homeless health Practice education and facilitation Infant feeding, healthy weight, and nutrition Maternal mental health and perinatal-infant mental health We are eager to hear from dynamic Band 7 leaders to further Croydon's innovative efforts. Main duties of the job Team leader/Specialist Interest Lead for teams of ChampionsCroydon Health Visiting is committed to improving the health and wellbeing of the borough's children, young people and families through a commissioned contract with London Borough of Croydon.
