Undertaking the Installation/changing of Siphonic RWO’s • Carrying out repairs to existing siphonic systems (i.e. cutting out and replacing blocked pipework/changing flex seal couplers to electrofusion sleeves). • General repair work to inadequate systems (i.e., replacement/additional bracketry). • Installation of new ‘supplementary’ secondary systems/overflow ‘spitters’ to out of date projects to bring the overall rainwater protection in line with the current British standards. • General service, unlocking and problem detection of Siphonic Rainwater systems. Desirable Skills but not essential IPAF (1b, 3a, eb) CSCS labourer or skilled worker PASMA Driving Licence First aid SSSTS NVQ (Slating & Tiling/Sheeting & Cladding) Sika (Single ply/Liquids) • Liquid waterproofing • Siphonic Drainage Essential Skill Prior experience in external reactive building maintenance identifying leaks & rectification (pitched roofing, guttering, slating, concrete tiling, flat roofing & commercial sheeted roofs) The Division NSS Maintenance are a working at height contractor working throughout UK, servicing facilities management clients and the refurbishment industry alike.
