Working within the , at , we are looking for a to install and maintain our range of Electron Microscopes.This is a customer-facing role whose purpose is to ensure the smooth operation of our Electron Microscope systems, and to maintain and grow relationships with new and existing customers. Responsible for meeting daily service needs (diagnosis and repair, routine preventive maintenance, installation and commissioning) and driving customer satisfactionDocuments all service work and submits paperwork (or electronic equivalent) on a timely basisOrders, installs and returns parts and manages the repair parts cycle time (spare-part management)Ensures that tools and test equipment are properly maintained and calibratedFinds alternative solutions for customers if products cannot be repaired in timeSeeks to provide technical support to customers and colleagues as requiredWe’re looking for people who are empathetic and passionate, who are committed to achieving their goals, and who get excited about challenging topics.
