Are you an experienced Electrical maintenance engineer seeking a new permanent opportunity based in the heart of the Black Country? If yes we want to hear from you. Our client a specialist manufacturer operating in highly niche market, supplying essential consumables for businesses across the UK and Europe. Following a period of sustained growth they are now looking to grow their maintenance department, by adding additionalElectrical Maintenance Engineer to the team. Working as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer duties will include but not limited to :

  • Electrical preventative and reactive maintenance work in an industrial environment.
  • Electrical plant installation and modification work in an industrial environment.
  • Statutory inspections.
  • The use of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems.
  • The ability to use and interpret equipment drawings, manuals and other technical information to assist with all works.
  • Work in accordance with the company safe systems of work and permit to work systems.
  • Ideally have a good understanding of ATEX requirements.

The ideal Electrical Maintenance Engineer will have :

  • 18th edition or Electrical Recognised qualification.
  • Proven experience in heavy industry.
  • Working hours will be 8am-4.30pm Monday to Friday.
