Milestone, part of the RSK Group is currently looking for a Civils Lead Foreman to be based out of their head office in Leicester. This role is on a full time, permanent basis with travel to various UK sites. Milestone is a Leicestershire-based contractor offering civil, electrical and mechanical engineering, plus in-house steel fabrication and installation work across the UK. We work with leading clients in the telecoms, solar, EV and digital media industries. Our flexible approach may entail providing a bespoke service or acting as a contractor in specific, specialist delivery areas.Requirements:Must hold a minimum of First Aid, Digger and Dumper tickets and be a qualified streetworks operative.Full UK driving licenceAble to travel for work with some overnight staysUtilities or Telecoms experience would be an advantageGood attitude and willing to learnResponsibilities:Work in a site team as a Foreman/ PICW to deliver Milestone civils sites. These may be on streetworks or greenfield sites.Work with the Build Manager and office support team to complete site program of works in the most efficient and safe manner.Comply with all onsite H&S policies and procedures – sent via Toolbox talks and in house app.  Ensure all plant and equipment for individual site requirements is loaded safely and correctly.Liaise with client and auditors on site to deliver site information required.Salary and Benefits:Salary up to £44,000 DOEPension contributionAvailability to stay away from home when travelling, accommodation and subsistence payments given.RSK is an equal opportunities employer. More detailed job description attached.#Civilforeman #Milestone #rskfamily RSK will not accept unsolicited CVs from agencies other than RSK PSL or Secondary agencies.
