Deputy Head's PA- Independent School

Our Client: A leading coeducational Independent School, with excellent facilities and is located in South London. The school is looking for an excellent Deputy Head's PA to join a vibrant staff team. The Deputy Head's PA will be the first point of contact and will beresponsible for managing the Head's diary. The Deputy Head's PA will process confidential information, keeping records updated, dealing with telephone enquiries. The Deputy Head's PA will also meet and greet parents and external visitors.

The successful Deputy Head's PA will be excellent using their own initiative, be presentable and have an excellent telephone manner. The Deputy Head's PA will have excellent experience of Microsoft office and proven PA/administration experience, ideallywithin the education sector.

Essential criteria for Deputy Head's PA:

  • Act as the first line of contact for the Head, managing the diary and appointments :

  • The Deputy Head's PA will need to demonstrate that you are highly proficient in the use of Excel and Word :

  • Excellent eye for detail, especially in proofreading :

  • Educated to A level standard, GCSE Maths and English :

  • Excellently presented and ability to work with people at all levels :

  • Educated to at least A Level standard :

  • Proven track record of working in a similar role, preferably within education

  • Desirable; _

  • A good work history
