Supervisor

We’re hiring a part-time Supervisor to assist in the day-to-day running of the store and enhance the overall customer experience.

You will be contracted to 18 hours per week over three days, but able to pick up regular overtime/more days if you'd like it. We offer a starting rate of £9.64ph, 5.6 weeks holiday, and 30% discount on everything in store!

You will be:

• Assisting in the daily running of the store, supervising our friendly team to make sure everyone is in the right place at the right time
• Making sure the store is fully-stocked and perfectly-presentable at all times
• Offering excellence in customer service
• Adhering to all Health & Safety policies and records You’ll need to have supervisory/leadership experience (preferably within the hospitality/retail sector) and be used to working in fast-paced environments. Your attitude and your natural affinity with people from all walks of life are the most important qualities that we look for, up there with determination, pride in your environment, a good work ethic and a great team player.

You will be available to work shifts between 7.30am - 6.15pm including on weekends.
