The role : To play a key role within the Contract Compliance team providing a comprehensive service to business delivery partners (College Faculties and External Delivery Partners), ensuring full compliance with the WBL contract specifications in both Wales and England.

  • £8,389 - £8,712 per annum (Full-Time Equivalent Salary: £21,408 - £22,232 per annum)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Ensure timely and accurate completion and submission of all work based learning related documentation throughout the learner life cycle.
  • Ensure compliance through the learner/employer paperwork life cycle via first level control audit checks and monitoring against targets.
  • Undertake data entry to MAYTAS, Smart Assessor, QL, college and external databases to maintain the learner and employer records for English and Welsh contracts as needed.

About you :

  • Knowledge of entering data accurately into database systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
  • Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent.

Full-Time Equivalent Salary: £21,408 - £22,232 per annum.
