Data Coordinator

We are recruiting for a Data Coordinator to join our eCommerce and Out of Home Service Team.

In this role your job purpose is to produce accurate and timely proactive service and compliance reports so that Carrier and Evri Network improvement opportunities are recognised and implemented.

You will be accountable for :

  • Collating daily exception reports to provide analysis and trends relating to compliance which are distributed to all depots and carriers
  • Take a proactive approach in improving daily / weekly / monthly compliance by depot so that the Area Service Manager can make recommendations to the operations and use this insight to gain influence
  • Identifying failed shop collections and Parcelshop routes to share findings within the Parcelshop Network
  • Identifying failed courier collections and inbound & outbound leg failures to share findings within the eCommerce and OOH network
  • Analyse and distribute a variety of reports including Depot/Carrier performance and Inbound and Outbound performance
  • Produce league tables and trackers by depots relating to claims and reasons for claims in OOH and eCommerce
  • Collate and use Operational reports (produced by Operations) on a route by route basis and by driver so that this can be summarised for the Network
  • Producing periodic service review packs for OOH and eCommerce so that improvement areas are highlighted, and actions implemented to improve
  • Assist the Depot Service Improvement Manager on daily conference calls to the wider network by ensuring accurate performance data is readily available

To be successful in this role you will require the following

Knowledge & Experience :

  • Advanced PC skills, including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to analyse, interrogate distribute detailed high-volume data
  • Experience of data analysis
  • Proactive approach in improving data

This is a hybrid role with office visits to Morley.
