We’re looking for a permanent, full time Painter and Decorator. To carry out and assist with all trade related tasks as a Painter and Decorator working as (but not restricted to) part of a customer focused Voids Team.

Salary: £30,496.73
Working Hours: 08:00-17:00 Monday-Thursday, 08:00-14:30 finish on Fridays
Location: Thetford, Attleborough, Stowmarket, Sudbury, Mildenhall,
Newmarket, Cambridge, Haverhill, Bury St Edmunds; within our Samphire Housing Association region.
Please note you will be required to drive to multiple different places of work.
Main responsibilities: Ø To assess and carry out accurate planned repairs efficiently and effectively maintaining our company ‘Right First Time ‘ approach towards our customers.
Ø Responsible for the effective delivery of painting and decoration including all preparation works; filling, sanding, painting, priming, glossing and overall decoration within void, responsive and planned repair services.
Ø You will ensure that the work is undertaken in a timely manner, whilst maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
Ø You will manage customer enquiries, responding in a professional manner coordinating with our Operations Centre.
Ø Providing out of hours support on a rota based system. Additional remuneration will be incorporated for this (Trade Specific)
Ø Ability to work flexible hours is essential to meet the business needs and demand.
Ø Take responsibility for all transport, equipment or mobile phone devices issued by Flagship Services and ensure that they are kept in excellent condition and secure at all times.
